Roof Refurbishment

Cleaning of the existing roof, ensuring removal of all and any moss or algae, then we paint the roof using a specially formulated exterior paint (available in many colours). The roof will then be finished with a weatherproof coating to safeguard it for many years.

UPVC fascia boards, soffits and downpipes can also be replaced if necessary.

Full Roof Replacement

If replacing the entire roof is required, we will remove and dispose of any rotten or damaged roof trusses, then fit new weahterproof trusses. There will be an option to insulate to roof. This will not only reduce your fuel bills but it will help to ensure your park home stays at the perfect temperature at all times throughout the seasons.

The roof is then fitted with tiles. These tiles come with a 40-year guarantee, are light-weight, weatherproof and are available in a variety of colours.
